    • 1 bunch purple kohlrabi (Peel the round bottom part and slice. Much on raw (you can dip it in salad dressing or peanut sauce), add to salads, or saute alone or with greens and/or other vegetables. You can saute the greens like kale or collards) or swiss chard
    • 2 bunches arugula
    • 5 heads broccoli
    • 2 garlic scapes:  a byproduct of growing garlic heads. They look somewhat like chives. You can chop them and add them to sautes for garlic flavor, chop and add raw to salads, or put in the blender with oil, vinegar and herbs to make a yummy salad dressing.
    • 1 bunch spinach
    • 2 heads lettuce
    • 1 bunch tatsoi
    • 1 bunch radishes
    • 1 bunch broccoli rabe

    • 1 bunch braising mix (a mix of red kale, komatsuna, mustard, and tatsoi--good chopped and sauteed or added to salad)
    • 1 bunch Chinese cabbage (also called Napa--use like bok choi in stir-fries, or shred and use in Asian-style slaws--soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, carrots, etc.)
    • 2 bunches radishes--try the greens in salad
    • 1 bunch white turnips with greens (slice turnips and eat raw in salads, sandwiches, or alone; steam--and serve with butter for extra decadence, or add to sautes)
